There is so much to do and not enough time in the day! Slowly but surely we will all find our way, but for now I have so much to learn and even more to practice.
I love it! I love getting to know new people and going to meetings. I strive everyday to succeed so that I may look back on all the hard work the team and I have put in, and to be happy the biggest obstacle is over. Learn everyday and work hard everyday so we may find our position in the this amazing industry.
We have just finished our 6 week point in the training schedule, had our annual Gala dinner, and first face to face meeting. They could not have gone any better! The vegan food offered was delicious and the company we enjoyed was even more tasteful. I met some great people from CMLS and got to see their office as well. They are an amazingly hard working crew, and I hope to work with them again in the future.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Michelle from Canada Guaranty. She presented to us very key and important industry knowledge that I will use for years to come; from where to find information, to market stats, she did an excellent job teaching newcomers like me, and I hope to work with her group again.

Our team at DLC is experienced and intelligent in a wide range of subjects, coming from all parts of the world with interesting stories and backgrounds. We are all very different and unique individuals but share the common goal to make this company, each other, and ourselves the best in the business.
I hope that I am working hard, and I will fight against the fear of not working hard enough.
